Adult Therapy and Wellness
Therapy is a space for you to be seen, feel heard and develop the tools to live a meaningful life.
We provide evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are multiculturally sensitive, and consider all aspects of what it means to live a healthy and full life. Our therapists approach each session with flexibility and will meet you where you are in your individual journey.
Our therapy approach is:
Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) incorporates mindfulness and goal-setting, based on personal values, to support you in living a meaningful life.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on teaching you about your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. The therapist works with you to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and teaches personal coping strategies to achieve therapeutic goals.
Exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP) supports people struggling with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) to reduce the impairment caused by acute fears, intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.
When appropriate, therapy sessions incorporate mindfulness, mind-body awareness and explore how your community, values and identity play a role in improving your psychological health.
