Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on teaching you about your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. The therapist works with you to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and teaches personal coping strategies to achieve therapeutic goals.


Exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP) supports people struggling with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) to reduce the impairment caused by acute fears, intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.


When appropriate, therapy sessions incorporate mindfulness, mind-body awareness and explore how your community, values and identity play a role in improving your psychological health.
